The Illinois Department of Revenue’s Chicago Office, located at 555 W. Monroe Street, will be closed on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, due to an electrical failure. Individuals needing assistance may contact our Taxpayer Assistance Division at 1 800 732-8866 or visit an alternate Illinois Department of Revenue office.
